The Painted Ranches Fellowship Exhibit & Sale:
Carla Bosche & Suzie Baker

A selection of paintings by EPAT Fellowship artists Carla Bosche & Suzie Baker. From dramatic West Texas landscapes to beautiful mountain views, Bosche and Baker display a ray of plein air artistic talent along side their completed studio works.

Liz Bonham & Katie Dobson Cundiff
(June 15-28, 2024)
A selection of paintings by EPAT Fellowships artists Liz Bonham and Katie Dobson Cundiff. From dramatic western landscapes to dynamic figurative works and quiet still lifes, Bonham and Dobson Cundiff display the range of their skills with spontaneous works painted en plein air (in the open air) and larger, more detailed works completed in the painter's studios.

Narrative Offerings 2024 Invitational (April 19-21, 2024)
Curated by Exponential Art.
Narrative Offerings brings together a fantastic group of highly successful ceramics artists and their works for this 3 day show.
Artist exhibiting include Carl Block, Christina Bothwell, Ryan Wilson Kelly, Billy Ray Mangham, Jon Nelson, Katherine Taylor, Tip Toland, Jamie Lea Wade, Jess Wade, and Karen Woodward.

San Angelo Small Sculpture Invitational (November 3 - December 31, 2023)
Exhibit includes the following artists: Elizabeth Akamatsu, Geoffrey Broderick, Danville Chadbourne, Susan Fitzsimmons, William Holmberg, Dewane Hughes, Peter Mangan, Colin McIntyre, Gigi Miller, Michelle O'Michael, Bobby Peiser, Raul Ruiz, Art Shirer, Kevin Stanford, Scott Sustek, John Vinklarek, and Ben Woitena.

The Peacemakers: Works by Felice House and Dana Younger (July 20 - October 8, 2023)
Texas husband and wife duo, sculptor Dana Younger and painter Felice House, celebrate the Western landscape and reimagine the Western narrative in their thought-provoking artwork. “For more than a century the West has occupied a special place in the imagination of Americans, with perhaps only one foot in reality,” the artists write. “By subverting expectations, House and Younger are questioning a genre, not only in its historical context but as a contemporary fantasy with roots so deep in American culture that they are quite possibly inexorable.”

For the Love of SAMFA: Exhibit & Sale (June 10 - July 9, 2023)
“For the Love of SAMFA: Exhibit and Sale” will be on display in Gallery Verde. This exhibit and sale features a special selection of EPAT paintings reserved from 2022 and prior years, along with artworks given to the museum by generous benefactors to raise funds for SAMFA programs. With every $10 raised, SAMFA can give one local child a meaningful art experience. Since 2014, art sales from EPAT have benefitted more than 6,000 children per year.

Angelo State University Graduate Ceramics Juried Exhibition (April 14 - May 5, 2023)
San Angelo is the official Visual Arts Capital of Texas and home to a diverse and robust ceramics community. This exhibition, hosted by Angelo State University and juried by Brad Schweiger and Organized by Hayun Surl, showcases talented graduate students from across the U.S. who specialize in ceramics as their primary medium. As part of an ongoing commitment to promote contemporary ceramics practice in the visual arts.

Galactic Warriors and Gods from the Yucatan (January 6 - February 25, 2023)
The San Angelo Hispanic Heritage Museum & Cultural Center Presents "Galactic Warriors and Gods From The Yucatan" by Andy Villarreal.

Galactic Warriors And Gods From The Yucatan artwork's artistic influence derives from Andy’s personal experiences acquired during his travels to Europe, the US Southwest, East and West coasts, and especially the Mayan Indigenous cultures, which became his primary source of inspiration. His artworks combine history, Mayan mythology, and ancient religion. Andy’s work emphasizes the human condition, struggles, harmony, social injustice, and celebration of life.
